What I did

  • Your wearables already know how you slept, trained and recovered. AION reads those signals next to your calendar and suggests the one thing worth doing today, planned around your schedule.
  • I co-founded it in January 2026. I shaped the product concept and positioning from zero, built the pre-seed materials, landing page and investor pitch, and ran our first investor conversations.
  • Live on the App Store since July 2026, on iPhone, Mac and Apple Vision Pro, in English and French: 8 releases in the first 6 weeks.
  • Our short videos on TikTok and Instagram have passed 40K views.
  • Works with Apple Health, Oura, Garmin, WHOOP and Strava.

What I did

  • I was the main coordinator of European DeepTech Week 2026, co-organised by INSKIP and Bpifrance at Bpifrance's Paris headquarters in March.
  • I managed the partners who funded the event.
  • 2,500+ participants from 45 countries over 4 days, with 50+ sessions and 20+ side events.
  • My favourite format: the small, curated dinners I organised. Around a table, conversations go deeper and connections become real.

When
2024 – now

What I did

  • I've sourced and evaluated 150+ startups for corporate M&A, CVC investment and partnerships, on strategic fit, valuation and commercial impact.
  • I designed the operating model and governance of 2+ innovation vehicles (corporate VCs and incubators): selection process, decision rights and ways of working, since adopted by the client teams.
  • I own 10+ cross-functional projects a year for 10+ corporates in healthcare, cosmetics, energy and travel, each ending in a clear go or no-go.
  • I also coach founders and intrapreneurs on product-market fit, business models and go-to-market.
  • I joined RaiseLab, part of the RAISE group, in 2024. It became part of INSKIP in December 2025.

€12MSeries A process, run with the founders
When
2023 – 24

What I did

  • BIOWEG makes bacterial cellulose that replaces microplastics in cosmetics and agriculture. I joined as its first business hire.
  • I ran the €12M Series A process alongside the founders: investor pipeline, materials and follow-through, at 10+ VC conversations a week.
  • BIOWEG went on to close a €16M Series A in September 2025, after I'd moved on, led by Axeleo Capital with the EIC Fund.

My role

Result
1stbusiness hire
Result
1 quarterto status on every function
When
2023 – 24

What I did

  • As the first business hire in an 18-person, mostly technical team, I built the operating structure from scratch across R&D, commercial and leadership, on two sites.
  • I introduced OKRs, redesigned processes and automated manual workflows. Within a quarter, leadership could see every function's status without chasing anyone, and blocked work surfaced in review instead of weeks later.
  • Then I handed the review cadence to the founders. It kept running without me, which was the point.
  • I also started “Culture at BIOWEG” to improve motivation and communication through regular, honest feedback.

  • I built and ran BIOWEG's go-to-market motion against a $1M revenue target.
  • 20+ new prospects a week through growth hacking, events, accelerators and warm and cold intros, tracked end to end in HubSpot, which I set up.
  • I pitched BIOWEG at 3+ industry events a quarter.
